The Northwest Communication Association is a non-profit scholarly organization, which exists to unite and promote mutual educational interests to the study, criticism, research, teaching, and practice of communication. Membership is open to all persons, institutions, and organizations who promote the purpose of the Association, including humanistic, scientific, and artistic approaches to communication.
NWCA hosts an annual conference at the Coeur d’Alene Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The 2013 conference, with a theme of “Organizing our World,” will take place on April 25-27. The conference caters to students and faculty alike. Updated information is posted on the Conference and Newsletter pages.
